Hypnotherapy is a powerful application of suggestion to the unconscious mind. It can be used to bring about change and transformation in your life, particularly in the areas of smoking cessation, weight reduction, and stress management. This therapy must in no way be confused with stage hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy is different to stage hypnosis because YOU are fully conscious and in control at all times whilst in the hypnotic state. You remain totally alert at all times and if at any point you feel the session must end, you are able to do so.
