When you do a Blossom Workshop, you will find that when you return to your daily life, there are moments of break down, and break through. The same as a roller coaster ride, you will experience the highs and lows that post course integration brings. This is a natural phenomenon and of course, support is available.

It is recommended that in times of breakdown it can be beneficial to seek telephone coaching to get you over the rough spots of a momentary breakdown. This can be helpful and many of our course participants can vouch for this...
